Quality homes and services
Chislehurst and Sidcup Housing Association (CSHA) works with communities in south east London providing specialist accommodation with support for older and disabled people, as well as offering management services to partner associations in the general needs rented housing and supported housing sectors.
Our focus is on high quality services and the association was recently assessed and rated in the top 1% countrywide for our Bromley-based Supporting People services, achieving a maximum 6 As.
Much of our success is built on working effectively with our partners, including local authorities, especially in Bromley and Bexley, with other housing associations and with the private sector.
CSHA is a Registered Provider and an Industrial Provident Society, with charitable status.
Our vision and mission
VISION FOR THE FUTURE

MISSION STATEMENT AND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Chislehurst & Sidcup’s mission is to:-
“Provide cost effective, efficient and caring services that meet the need in new and existing areas of operation and enable people who require housing with support to live as normal a life as possible in the community”.
The success of this will be measured by-:
- The continuous investment in our staff to ensure that they are best placed to deliver high quality services.
The reinstatement of an affordable development programme in partnership with other providers and the seeking out of new opportunities to ensure that the Association remains viable in the long term.
- To provide high quality housing management and floating support services to other RPs and agencies.
- To continue to compare and assess our performance against similar based providers to ensure that our performance at least equals or exceeds that of our competitors.
- To continue to work with our tenants and other service users to ensure that our services meet their immediate needs and that of the wider community. By using appropriate communication methods to ensure equality of opportunity in the access and provision of all services provided by the Association.
