Professional Affiliation
CSHA is a member of the National Housing Federation of Housing Associations. We are a Registered Provider and are also registered with the Tenant Services Authority. We enjoy charitable status and are registered as an Industrial and Provident Society.
In addition, our support services are externally validated by the local authorities with whom we work. In 2006 we were awarded four Bs and one C in the Borough of Bexley for support services and 4Bc and 2cs in the Borough of Bromley. The highest grades that could be obtained over the six services that are assessed in each borough are As.
We took on board the recommendations made by the assessors and recently achieved six As in our follow-up assessment in Bromley. These ratings put us in the top 1% of associations in the country for the quality of these services.
