Reporting a repair
You can report a repair anytime between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday to the Resident Manager, if you live in one of our sheltered schemes, or by ringing our head office on 0208 467 9146.
Outside these hours we run an emergency service. To report an emergency repair, call your Linkline service from your flat, or the relevant contractor from the list opposite. An emergency is:
- A serious threat to health and safety, such as a gas leak or dangerous electrical fault.
- Major damage to the structure of the building.
- A serious security problem such as an exterior front door - one that is not inside the building - which cannot be locked.
- Total loss of essential services such as water or electricity.
Your repair responsibilities
You must:
- Keep your property clean and in good decorative order.
- Take reasonable precautions to prevent damage once a repair fault has been identified.
- Allow us into your home to carry out any repairs or inspections needed.
- Report any criminal damage or vandalism to the Resident Manager or Police and get a Police Crime Report Number (not an incident number).
