Making a complaint
The complaints procedure is designed to resolve tenants’ complaints and queries to their satisfaction and in an appropriate manner and timescale. We believe that complaints are an important measure of the services we provide, enabling us to pinpoint and make improvements to services and staff performance.
If you have been through all the stages of our complaints procedure and you remain dissatisfied, you may take the matter to the Independent Housing Ombudsman service at www.ihos.org.uk. They will look into your complaint and decide if we have dealt with it correctly or not.
