Your responsibilities as a tenant
When tenants sign their Tenancy Agreement, they are legally bound by that agreement. In particular they are responsible for :
- paying the rent on time;
- looking after their home;
- reporting any repairs;
- the behaviour of themselves and their visitors.
If a tenant fails to comply with the terms of the tenancy we will take action against the tenant.
We can only end your tenancy by getting a court order, should you break the terms of your tenancy agreement.
