Working together

CSHA works in close partnership with other housing associations. We offer our partners the benefit of our specialist expertise in working with older people, with people who have learning disabilities and those with mental health issues – helping them to take a fuller part in their communities and in turn making those communities stronger and more sustainable.

Our major areas of activity are Bexley and Bromley.  We  also provide purpose-adapted accommodation for tenant with disabilities, with no restrictions on age.

We are continually building on existing relationships and forging new ones, in line with the Tenant Services Authority's encouragement towards more strategic partnership work. We are also partners with local authorities, social service departments, primary care trusts as well as the Tenant Services Authority.

CSHA VALUES

In addition to the above key objectives CSHA have adopted a set of values setting out the way tenants and other service users can expect to be treated by us. In particular we will:-

Support

Enable them to live in the community and do as many things as possible for themselves.
