Working together
CSHA works in close partnership with other housing associations. We offer our partners the benefit of our specialist expertise in working with older people, with people who have learning disabilities and those with mental health issues – helping them to take a fuller part in their communities and in turn making those communities stronger and more sustainable.
Our major areas of activity are Bexley and Bromley. We also provide purpose-adapted accommodation for tenant with disabilities, with no restrictions on age.
We are continually building on existing relationships and forging new ones, in line with the Tenant Services Authority's encouragement towards more strategic partnership work. We are also partners with local authorities, social service departments, primary care trusts as well as the Tenant Services Authority.
- We are partners with Bexley Churches Housing Association in the area of mental health and are forging a formalised way of working with them for the future.
- We also work with Bromley’s Ethnic Elders project in creating a better understanding the needs of black and minority ethnic (BME) communities and, importantly, to ensure that our services are responsive and meet the needs of the wider community.
- With a proven track record in providing quality housing management services and an excellent understanding of the local communities where we work, CSHA offers a full range of services to other providers – including rent collection, voids management and estate management.
