Knowing that help is never far away is an important part of being able to maintain independence as we get older. We work with a range of specialist service providers to ensure the right level of support is available when needed.
All of our sheltered housing properties have a telecare service in place. Telecare systems provide a dedicated phone line direct to a Sheltered Housing Manager during working hours. The service is designed to give peace of mind to vulnerable people or people who live alone. When the Sheltered Housing Manager is off site (evenings, weekends or bank holidays), calls will go through to an emergency out of hours service where a tenant can speak to someone for help or support.
