Our sheltered accommodation is provided on a rental basis with the rents we charge being below market rent levels. We understand that obtaining security is very important when moving to a new home. For this reason (with the exception of Ursula Lodges Trust properties) we offer periodic assured tenancies. These give no time limit on living in your home, as long as you meet the obligation of your agreement with us.
Most of our schemes have lifts to reach first floor properties, but some do not have lift access.
