Who We Are
Welcome to Chislehurst and Sidcup Housing Association.
As a specialist housing association we have been proudly providing accommodation in South East London since the mid-1970s. We offer sheltered homes to people aged 60 years and over; and we are committed to providing good quality properties and professional services that help our tenants to maintain their independence.
Our accommodation is located in the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley and Lewisham. We employ a Sheltered Housing Manager, at each of our schemes, who is responsible for the safety and well-being of our tenants and our buildings.
Our well trained staff develop plans with each household to ensure all our tenants can live as independently as possible, however our managers do not provide personal or nursing care to tenants.
We strive to ensure that we treat all people with respect and consideration; and we value the diversity of the communities in which we are based.
