Support needs vary from household to household and we want to ensure that we can provide, or put you in touch with, the right level of support as and when it is needed.

Our sheltered housing schemes offer peace of mind in quiet and pleasant surroundings. All schemes have a Telecare system in each flat and a Sheltered Housing Manager on site. There are social activities for those who want to join in.
Is there someone I can call for help or support?
Your Sheltered Housing Manager can help you access services that can help you to deal with everyday problems such as money worries, getting medical help or personal care.
Telecare services in some areas provide special phones with alarm pendants. These give peace of mind to people who are worried about their health and safety at home. These services, and who provides them, vary from area to area. Just ask us and we will tell you what help is available.
